Our step-by-step process for UK & local removals

1. Before you move

We’ll conduct a pre-move survey, so you can talk through your requirements with our experienced estimator. From this, we’ll know what equipment and vehicle size you’ll need, and how many of our team to send. From here, we’ll give you an upfront quotation with no hidden costs.

2. When you move

You usually need to leave your existing property before 2pm and you should get your new keys by then, too. We’ll coordinate it so you're out of one door and in the other at the right time.

3. Do it yourself…

If you want to pack all your own stuff, we understand. We’ll provide all the materials and boxes you'll need and can use a pre-move survey to work out exactly how many boxes you'll need.

We supply two sizes of boxes as well as tape, packaging paper and all the bubble wrap you could need. You will also receive stair, carpet and hardwood floor protection, mattress bags, covers for your furniture and TV, padded transit blankets and mobile wardrobe curtains.

As one of the UK’s leading moving companies, our local and UK removals are carried out by our experienced team in our specialist removals vehicles, and are covered by Goods in Transit insurance.

4. Helping you pack

We can do all your packing for you, which we’ll do at your home a few days before you move. It’s a great way of taking the headache out of packing, and we’ll bring all the boxes and equipment with us.

This service includes all the items from the do-it-yourself option, too.

5. A little extra help…

If you need a little help dismantling wardrobes, sheds or beds – and reassembling them at your new property – our handyman service is ideal. Talk to us about it at your pre-move survey and you’ll never need to pick up an allen key again.
