Ballards were great. All went well with the move and your lads were a great bunch. Nothing was too much trouble, we could have a laugh (most important during a stressful time for us), and everything done professionally. The full packing service was worth every penny and everything moved with no damage or issues.

Great experience with the Ballards team. From initial quote to moving day, they were very informative and helpful. The day we moved it was torrential rain, the guys were in great spirits despite getting drenched. The boxes and furniture stayed dry and secure. When we got the keys it was fast and seamless to get the van unloaded. We would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start when Steve came to give us a quote and throughout a very stressful period, right up to the move. Steve was calm and helpful and then Nick and Dave who did the move were exceptional and everything arrived from Yorkshire to Essex without one breakage. Well done Ballards. The person was dressed smartly, polite and thorough with the questioning to give an accurate quotation that was very reasonable. The removal people on the day were on time polite and respectful of us and our furniture. They took their time in wrapping and loading to make sure everything was safe and secure. When at the new property to offload some more of Ballard's staff came to help to make sure the job was done efficiently. They were brilliant and didn't leave until we were happy with everything being in the correct room. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be using them again in the future. It was a pleasure to find a company that actually do their job with pride from the moment I made the call to me closing the door on my new home. Well Done Ballards!!!

Ballards moved us out of our previous house and into storage for 5 weeks and then into our new house. Every aspect of the move went really well and each stage was handled by cheerful, helpful staff. The cost of the move was competitive against other quotes and the service excellent. I would happily recommend Ballard for moving home.

Ballards were very professional from start to finish.on the day of our moving 3 men came into our home covered the floor,carefully packed the lorry, providing portable wardrobes, and took down beds and wardrobes. Our exchange and completion were delayed, so they had some delay, but were excellent on arrival at new home, putting back beds and wardrobes with same care, boxes in rooms as stated.cant praise these men enough, we are elderly and wouldn’t have been able to do much of it ourselves. Thank you and if there were 10 stars you’d get them.

The team from Ballards were simply extraordinary! Sadie, Stuart, Mark and Boothy all packed and loaded the van with genuine care and respect for our belongings. They packed and loaded an entire 3 storey house in a heatwave with professionalism and pride. They were also absolutely lovely people and were a pleasure to spend time with. We had Mark and Boothy then drive to our new home in Norfolk, where they continued to work exceptionally hard for a further 1.5 days. We really enjoyed getting to know the lads, too. They really were astounding and I cannot recommend the Ballards experience enough. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ballards to anyone. Thank you, team!
