Used Ballards for our removal from Worksop to Milton Keynes. The guys who took ownership of the removal were superb. They arrived on time, loading was super-efficient and even though there were delays with the completion on the day, they stuck with us, got everything offloaded until the end and just did an amazing job! Would 110% recommend them and wouldn't look anywhere else in the future.

Steve was calm and helpful and then Nick and Dave who did the move were exceptional and everything arrived from Yorkshire to Essex without one breakage. Well done Ballards. From dealing with Steve (Lunt) prior to move day, to the great team who attended to do the job, Ballards was absolutely fantastic. The guys worked so hard with some very heavy items and nothing seemed too much trouble, with them ensuring our minds were fully at ease. Nothing was broken, and they were at all times polite and professional. I wouldn’t use any other firm now!

Great experience with the Ballards team. From initial quote to moving day, they were very informative and helpful. The day we moved it was torrential rain, the guys were in great spirits despite getting drenched. The boxes and furniture stayed dry and secure. When we got the keys it was fast and seamless to get the van unloaded. We would highly recommend.

From the moment of the initial contact (without knowing when we were moving and where we were moving to) Steve put us at ease that we were going to be looked after and that was exactly what happened. Great communication throughout (emails responded to quickly and a real and knowledgeable person to talk to on the phone when needed) made everything run smoothly. We went for self pack and boxes etc were delivered in plenty of time, and turned out to be a perfect estimate of what we needed. Can’t praise the team on the day highly enough - wow they emptied our 3 bed detached house in no time at all and with great care and good humour. And from speaking to friends and family, at a really good price. Definitely 5 stars from us.

I have used Ballards on a few occasions when moving and they have always been great. This move was no exception, the team were organised, helpful and carried out the job with a real level of care. Given the heat on the days we packed/moved they were fantastic and no request was too much. The office team were also great with handling anything booking related. Definitely recommend.

Ballards did our removals when we moved house on the hottest June day on record. The team we had were exceptional considering the conditions. They ensured everything was in the correct place and took care when moving all of our items.

Ballards were excellent throughout the whole process. Ours was a protracted sale and purchase and it was very reassuring to know that Ballards were with us all the way. HQ staff were responsive and kept us informed throughout. The move itself lasted four days and went like clockwork. All the staff involved were efficient, polite and respectful. A great team who consulted us at every stage and went out of their way to be helpful. We would recommend Ballards to anyone.
