Ballards were a godsend on the day of my move. They were friendly, efficient and super quick, both for loading furniture out of the property i was selling and into the property I'd bought. Couldn't fault them at all and would recommend them to everyone!

The day we moved it was torrential rain, the guys were in great spirits despite getting drenched. The boxes and furniture stayed dry and secure. When we got the keys it was fast and seamless to get the van unloaded. We would highly recommend.

The Ballard team were great from start to finish. We were concerned if the removal van would be too big to get down the access drive. They actually went and reviewed it, ascertained a smaller lorry would additionally be needed to transfer the load up to the bungalow. From the start Ballards were excellent. The initial look round and quote gave us confidence that we were in experienced safe hands. Our packing, moving and unpacking was done over 5 days and in the hottest days of the year so far. The 3 men that were assigned to us Ash, Adam and Liam were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, they were polite and courteous throughout the whole time and very efficient and great to have around. Although we did the packing nothing was broken or mislaid in the move and when unpacking they never grumbled if we wanted something moving or things didn’t fit where they should. Above and beyond. I can thoroughly recommend Ballards as a removal company and if you are lucky enough to get Ash, Adam or Liam know you are in very good hands. Thank you.

We have recently moved home from Northamptonshire to Somerset. Throughout the whole process our experience of Ballards/Steeles of Stamford was excellent at every stage. We were impressed with the documentation prior to choosing a company, impressed with Shane the surveyor and with Lizz and Steve for phone contacts. Most of all though we were delighted with the team assigned to our actual removal.
