More evidence of Ballards commitment to providing outstanding service in removals and storage.

We are delighted to have achieved a range of British and European Quality Standards, and are the only Removals Firm in the local area to hold all 6 of the most demanding standards available.  The attainment of these certifications demonstrates that Ballards Removals have effective Quality Management systems in place for all of the work we do and that we’re committed to ongoing improvement for the benefit of our customers.

The standards cover the way we work from how we interact with our customers from the initial enquiry through to completion of the job. They also cover the way we work, including the competence of our team, to our vehicles and packing materials, our premises and security, our documentation and insurance provisions, health and safety procedures, our environmental impact, our documentation and much more.

Each of these certifications requires regular internal reviews and action plans, with annual audits and assessments carried out by external auditors in order to retain our certifications.
