At Ballards, we pride ourselves on our ability to help people and businesses to relocate. Now it’s time for us to do the same!
We have acquired land at Markham Moor, where we are creating Ballards Business Park, a new warehouse and office complex, right by the A1. We’re expecting to move later this year.
This is an exciting time and a milestone in the development of our company. Once the new facility is complete, we’ll be able to offer even more storage facilities and other services. Work started in January, to transform this muddy field into a modern, secure storage and removals hub and as you can see from the videos, our builders have been making good progress, despite the cold weather. From the initial breaking of the ground, creating the foundations and laying hardcore, it’s starting to take shape already, with some walls going up.
