Joe is Managing Director at Ballards Removals, with extensive hands-on experience in fleet operations and professional driving within the removals and logistics industry.
Joe was once the youngest HGV Master Driver in the UK and has a long-standing passion for trucks and driving. He plays an active role in mentoring younger drivers and supporting experienced team members across the business.
In his day-to-day role, Joe oversees the Ballards vehicle fleet and works closely with the operations team to allocate the right trucks and crews to each move, helping ensure every job runs safely, efficiently and on schedule.
I care deeply about doing things properly, from the condition of our vehicles to how our crews work on site. If the fleet is right and the team is supported, everything else falls into place
