Our Step-by-Step Process for Local & UK Removals

  • Before You Move
    Your move starts with a free pre-move survey. One of our experienced estimators will visit your home or arrange a video survey to talk through your requirements, assess access and understand exactly what’s involved. From this, we’ll determine the right vehicle size, equipment and number of crew members needed for your move. You’ll then receive a clear, written quotation with no hidden costs.
  • Moving Day Coordination
    On moving day, timings are carefully planned around your legal completion, usually by 2pm. Our team coordinates the move so you’re out of one property and into the next as smoothly as possible, keeping everything running on schedule and avoiding unnecessary delays.
  • Pack It Yourself (Removals-Only Option)
    If you prefer to pack your own belongings, we’re happy to support you. Using your pre-move survey, we’ll calculate exactly how many boxes and materials you’ll need and supply them in advance. We provide two box sizes, along with tape, packing paper and bubble wrap. Protective materials are also included, such as stair, carpet and floor protection, mattress covers, furniture and TV covers, padded transit blankets and mobile wardrobe cartons. All local and UK removals are carried out by our experienced team using specialist removals vehicles and are covered by Goods-in-Transit insurance.

    If you’d rather leave packing to the professionals, our full packing service is a popular option. Our team will pack your belongings at your home in the days leading up to your move, bringing all boxes and materials with them. This service includes everything provided in the self-pack option and helps remove the stress and time pressure of packing yourself.
  • A Little Extra Help
    For items that need dismantling and reassembly, such as beds, wardrobes or sheds, our handyman service is available. Simply let us know during your pre-move survey and our team will take care of it – no tools or flat-pack frustrations required.
